Grade II Listed and built in 1816 for Francis Pool Lessee as a salt cellar and warehouse, this building is deep plan and built into a bank at the rear. The openings were originally shuttered, not glazed, as can be seen on the top opening over doorway. The adjoining pair of Grade II Listed village houses now Jerboa Holiday Cottages are early 19th century.
