The blossom on the pear and apple orchards make this one of the best times to follow the Greensand Ridge with its fine views over the Weald of Kent. This is the view from a footpath leading up from Barnes Lane alongside Bramley Cottage to reach Vanity Lane. The house ahead is on Vanity Lane.
