It all looks quite lively, but when you look more closely, almost all the shops have closed, and the coffee shop in the first floor of the white building next to the Bank of Scotland, memorable for its tomato soup (that's the coffee shop, not the bank), is also looking a bit deserted. Maybe it will come back to life as summer approaches.
