Nos.1, 3 & 5 Westbourne Avenue, detached merchant houses, by 1892. No.1 is a rebuild in the style of No.5. The original house had become derelict and neglected since circa 1976. Several planning applications were submitted between 1988 and 1994 for total demolition and erection of a new building, latterly for use as 15 one-bedroom single person flats.
