A characteristically red piece of work for the insurance company by Alfred Waterhouse, although admittedly this particular specimen has a pink tinge to it. Built, with his son, in 1895, in brick and Ruabon terracotta. Grade II listed. Costa Coffee occupied most of the street-level shops, with a small space for newsagent GT News. Offices above
