Viewed across New Road, Parkend. A rectangular plaque on the wall records that Parkend Village Shop was opened on March 1st 2014 by Bev Brown, daughter of Edith Davies aged 103, the oldest resident of Parkend. The Postage Stamp Cafe is on the right.
