Pevsner describes the facade as "remarkably noble ... possibly explained by the incorporation of the owner's house at the south end". Note the abrupt transition from ashlar to coursed stone. Workshops survive behind. Built in 1825 for Ibbotson & Roebank, edge tool manufacturers. Grade II* listed. Now the Globe Business Centre.
