The 'Tower of Light', a water feature outside Britannia House, Ferensway, at the junction with Spring Bank. It is locally known, inter alia, as 'Tellytubby Land' or 'Colin's Column' (after Colin Inglis, a member of the City Council, and promoter of the feature). In the background, the remaining terrace of shops in Spring Street.
