The northern side of Donegall Street, at the Waring Street end. The Premier Inn (Cathedral Quarter) Image is on the right. The former Eason’s Image is the building with green shutters. Next left are nos 19-21, a vacant building which Belfast City Council proposes to acquire for conversion to “managed workspace” as part of an urban regeneration programme.
