The Ordnance Survey indicates that No.2A Granville Street is within the curtilage of and to the rear of No.465 Anlaby Road, possibly a former warehouse or coach house. Latterly occupied by Stage Struk (sic), 'a vocal tuition and creative performance academy' managed by creative director, Tracy Adams, aka 'Swoozy'. The academy is now located in Jesmond Gardens.
