Nos.1 to 12 Seymour Street, arranged in rows of three houses interspersed by terraces. These dwellings are pending demolition consequential of planning approval of 19 September 2013 for the erection of 277 dwellings on land east of Hawthorn Avenue, south of Stirling Street and north of David Whitfield Close.
