The earliest building associated with the former Sheffield Canal Basin - built in 1819 and restored in 1994. Grade II* listed. At right angles is a former warehouse of 1889 for the Manchester, Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway Company, used as a grain silo from 1925. A pair of hoists survive. Grade II listed. Both now flats.
