Between Ruskin Street and Perry Street, Nos.403 to 421 Anlaby Road, an extension of ten properties to Stanley Terrace, circa 1892. The West Park Hotel, Nos.405 to 411, is formed from four of these houses. At the end of the block at Nos.419 & 421, is the former West Park Picture Palace (1914 to 1959), latterly the Premiere Bar, now vacant.
