No.376 Anlaby Road, the property occupying the south-west corner of Lonsdale Street has a date stone at eaves level, that records that it was built in 1890. This building was originally used as the retail department of a dairy, now Bass car audio systems. Adjacent, at Nos.378 & 380 are two former houses originally built with small front gardens, known as Lonsdale Villas, today Beetonsville Post Office.
