The final A-listed villa (see: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-20629-98-hamilton-place-at-fountainhall-road-in ) on the street. No. 98 is quite unlike its neighbours, with its grey granite, bay (rather than bow) windows and overall Scottish Baronial style, although it shares the scrolled finial to the gable.
