Looking north along King's Parade, the decorative architecture of the gatehouse and screen, backed with the magnificence of the chapel are very eye-catching. This image shows the scene in late afternoon March sunlight. This telephoto assisted image shows details of the screen and gatehouse dating from 1824-1828, and the late Gothic King's College Chapel in the rear, dating from 1446-1531. http://www.kings.cam.ac.uk/about/history.html
