Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y13/0922/SH as a “section 73 application to vary conditions 5 and 9 of application Y12/0767/SH relating to phase 1 of the scheme only and consisting of amendments to the site layout and elevation treatment – a hybrid application encompassing 1) Full application for the erecting of 13 dwellings with associated parking and landscaping together with 3 two-storey office buildings with parking and landscaping forming phases 1 and 3 and 2) Outline application for the erection of 46 dwellings with associated parking and landscaping forming phases 2 and 4 (matters relating to access, landscaping and layout)“.
