Located at the edge of Elias Road and Elias Drive. A Blaenhonddan Community Council notice on a fence proclaims THIS PLAYGROUND IS STRICTLY FOR USE BY CHILDREN 12 YEARS OF AGE AND BELOW. I wondered who enforces this rule and how. Are users of the playground required to have proof of age?
