The picture was taken from a footbridge that is no longer present (Image). The clear area in the foreground of the present picture can also be seen in the photograph of the bridge (the view direction of the two pictures is the same). See Image for an adjacent area, which, with respect to the present picture, is out of shot to the left. The site would later be occupied by parts of the Silverburn Shopping centre, which is shown in many of the other pictures submitted for this grid square.
