Mid C19th former cutlery works following the usual formula of polite brick offices to the street with cart entrance to workshops arranged around a courtyard. These would probably have been occupied by individual self-employed craftsmen who rented space and were known as 'little mesters', a term unique to Sheffield. Continuing the tradition up to a point, now small office units, geared towards "charities, social enterprises and voluntary and campaign groups".
