This inviting track has clearly been mistaken for the footpath from TQ991721 to TQ995729 by many a walker. However all access to the start at TQ991721 is blocked or marked as private. I discovered this was not a right of way when on the way back a local landowner pointed out where the footpath actually ran and asked me to write to the council to get it cleared.
