This imposing B-listed terrace (http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-20476-1-26-inclusive-numbers-rubislaw-terrace-a ) was once described as "superior to anything of their class in the aristocratic quarter of almost any town in Scotland" (Groome's 1886 Ordnance Gazetteer of Scotland, available on-line) but every one now appears to be converted to offices.
