This was the former Star Motor Company works. It is currently a furniture warehouse.(2014) Now a music and other events venue (2018). There is a blue plaque on the building with the text: EDWARD LISLE 1852-1921 FOUNDER - STAR Cycles, Cars and Commercial Vehicles. first STAR Cycle built 1869. first STAR Car built 1897.
