In Whaley Bridge Memorial Park. Look carefully at the tree just right of centre. There are about twenty pairs of trainers hanging from the branches Image Is this some weird rite of passage among the youth of the town? Or is it a ploy to get mum to buy the latest footwear fad? Who can tell?
