Solid stone block, modestly decorated, a bit of a splash around the entrance which has a narrow bowed oriel and pediment. By Flockton & Abbott and E.R. Robson, 1876-79, the top storey added in 1891-2 by Flockton & Gibbs (Flockton appears to have been a most promiscuous architect). Grade II listed. I believe this is now the Leopold Hotel.
