The green paint is a bit of a give-away as to the former owners of this premises on Kingsland Road. Travis-Perkins have now vacated the property and planning permission has been given for Hackney New School to build an Arts and Administration Facility on the site to open early in 2015. The frontage of the existing building is listed and will be retained in the new design - though I suspect it won't be painted green!
