At the junction with William Street, the Darley Arms, No.81 Porter Street. The south-facing façade carries the long-redundant street nameplate of Great Thornton Street, this section having disappeared consequential of redevelopment. The Hull Brewery Co. owned pub was in existence by 1892 when its address was No.71 William Street. Planning application was submitted by Goodwin Community Trust in 2012 to change the use from public house to youth centre - approved.
