This terrace of ten cottages was built around 1859-1860, originally as Coastguard Cottages. They look out across the sand spit at Needs Ore Point, towards the Isle of Wight. The gravel track from Needs Ore Point to Warren Lane diverts around the back of the cottages here (on the right).
