Entered by a path between the side gardens of Nos.248 & 250 Boulevard is Albert Avenue, built circa 1890s. One of the better quality courts of working class housing, which improved on the minimum requirements of the 1875 by-laws, with rear pedestrian access, front gardens and bay windows on the ground floor.
