According to the 2003 - 05 map and guide this sculpture was created by Joanna Hull in 1998 (her entry on the Grizedale Arts site says 1988 http://www.grizedale.org/artists/joannahull which would seem to be more accurate). It sits in a small tarn which has become overgrown. This is a zoom shot from the forestry road just above - any former access track seems to have also become overgrown. Several parts and elements appear to be missing (unsurprising given the location and the wooden materials used).
