On every road here there are a few new houses going up, and a few more like this recently finished, with a total division between the completely modern like this and mock Victorian you normally get on larger estates but also many single mansions around here as well. As there was no shortage of those already I don't see the point of reproducing them but each gets sold so I don't think the developers really care either way once they've got their money, while we have to look at them for the rest of their lives good or bad.
