Between Scott Street and New George Street, City Council-owned shops (ground floor) and flats (upper floors) at Albion Buildings, Nos.21 to 26, and Prospect Buildings, Nos.27 to 34 Caroline Street. Each block incorporates a notional 4 shops and 8 flats.
