This is the power house with two large package boilers, originally coal fired with chain grate stokers and three Belliss and Morcom reciprocating steam engines driving alternators. The engines ran beyond 2000 but a picture taken in 2007 on the "28 days later" urban exploration website shows a sadly empty powerhouse.
