Passing across the Fenland landscape which around here is about as flat as you can get, it is always amusing to spot the signs for the Pidley Mountain Rescue Team. The name actually belongs to a local charity - see http://www.pidleymountainrescue.org.uk/ This is the view from Oldhurst Road towards the eastern edge of the village. Hayden Hall is in the distance.
