St Leonard’s, Balderstone is an Aided Church of England Primary School dating back to the 1860’s. It is situated next to Balderstone St Leonard’s Church in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley countryside. The buildings were modernised and new extensions were officially opened by the Archbishop of York in October 1969. In 2003 a fourth classroom was added and our new library was opened in September 2006. In 2007 a new entrance was built with office space and our hall was renovated, uncovering the original beams.
