The Clarendon Hotel, Nos.1-5 Londesborough Street, by 1890, later extended into the adjacent, former dwelling. Known as 'The Clarry', voted the best local pub of the year Hull & East Riding 2012. Next door, No.7, is Campey's, traditional boot and shoe repairers, stated to have been established 1800. The current premises are post-1893.
