The Officers Mess is at the centre of the Grade II listed Edwardian New College at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. Small sections of the east and west wings are also visible at the sides. New College was designed by H B Measures, Director of Barrack Construction and was built by T Rowbotham of Birmingham between 1908-11 and cost £105,000.
