Bournemouth: new traffic lights at Richmond Hill Roundabout

The eastern slip-road junction on the roundabout has recently had traffic lights installed, presumably because the queuing traffic often almost reached the main carriageway below. We are looking at it from the footpath around the inside of the roundabout which connects with the subways to three of the four 'corners' - see Image
