An area of wetland adjacent to the River Wey, on what old maps show to have been the original route of the river until at least the early 1960s, viewed from the bird hide at the RHS Garden, Wisley. Water levels are very high after one of the wettest winters on record in south east England. Compare Image for a similar view two years earlier.
