The blue Petersfield Heritage plaque reads: "c.1625. Formerly the Green Dragon (1697), housing the inn's maltster and brewer, this building became Trafalgar House before being sold in 1893 to the architect H.T. Keates. Later, as Dragon House, it was a dentists' surgery for over 70 years."
