A one acre site on land formerly occupied by railway coal yards is still for sale. Other parts of the site have already been developed with the presence of a fitness centre Image, a Holiday Inn Image, a public house Image and a McDonald's Image In the background is the Friendship Tavern Image on Hyde Road.
