Looking back to the town of Thame from the old Image] which carries the now-closed Thame Road which used to lead to Long Crendon. The River Thame had flooded due to the incessant rain of early 2014, so I am not sure whether the lake seen here is a temporary feature, a regular occurrence or permanently there - but it looks entirely appropriate and enhances the view.
