The care she received was exceptional but (probably) she would have been better served at a bigger Hospital in Birmingham. It is great to see that the historic double drive gates have been retained and recently refurbished … but it begs the question 'what has happened to the matching single gate?' It is good to see that the Lodge still remains in reasonable condition … let us hope that it too, like the gates, can be refurbished and brought back to life in some capacity.
