This is the main entrance to The Trafford Centre in Dumplington, Greater Manchester, England. The statues are a reinterpretation of the Coat of Arms of Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, and include a griffin, a unicorn, and a Roman soldier holding a lightning bolt. You can even make out part of the council's motto - "Hold Fast That Which Is Good".
