A prominent and striking development of flats in Carmen Sylva Road. Strong sun emphasises cubist stylistic elements. Carmen Sylva was the pseudonym of Elizabeth, Queen of Roumania who stayed in the town in 1890 and was struck by the peace and beauty of the resort.
