This long-term vacant and derelict property had become one of the less-attractive features of the Lisburn Road. Now offered for sale – the agent’s description includes “The subject property comprises a derelict two storey former residential premises fronting onto the Lisburn Road in South Belfast approximately 2 miles from the City Centre. . . . . The building has Planning Permission for a change of use from dwelling to a commercial art gallery including extension and alterations to the existing building”.
