A vacant former house, converted for commercial use, offered for sale and described by the agent as “The property comprises a mid terraced commercial premises with a forecourt area fronting the Lisburn Road. The property was previously used as a coffee shop with the ground and first floors used for food preparation and sales whilst the second floor was used for storage. Internally the property has been finished to include timber flooring, plastered and painted walls and PVC panelling to the rear store area”.
