A vacant site at Talbot Street, near the corner of James Street, offered for sale and described by the agents as “Development site with full planning approval for six two bedroomed apartments of 675 square feet on the gardens at the rear of 70-78 James Street. There is potential for further development, subject to planning approval, for either adding an additional storey to provide eight apartments or incorporating nearby buildings in a larger scheme”.
