Sheerness: The Goat in the High Street

The pub sign, which names the pub as the "Goat Inn" by the way, is a curious hybrid mixture of styles, featuring a Celtic font, an English flag, some Latin text "bibo" and "salto" (drink and dance) on a coat of arms, the whole topped off by what appears to be a glass of lager, attended by what can only possibly be a couple of rampant goats...
