Although not listed these cottages get a prominent mention in the local Conservation Area Appraisal. A notable feature is the chequer effect of the Flemish bond brickwork. Brick construction on a stone plinth is a widespread feature of the district. The Midshires Way passes along Widmerpool Road here.
